However, it's definitely not New Orleans, so there is a little bit of snarky, regional epicaricacy there. At the same time, there are no apparent racial or socio-economic overtones, which makes it more mischievous than malicious.
I would say, on it's on merits, its smile worthy and defensible. Whether or not it's funny, though, is immediately apparent.
