Papers please

~Last week of the semester, too much to do
~Reading a bunch of crap. I hate, hate, hate reading about management. But I like the access it gives you to professional conversations. Think I'm going to go and go for a MPA after I'm done.
~Passed out watching Die-Hard last night, woke up with a snoring boxer.
~My roommate bought a pug. Cute little critter. But, I don't like smooshed-face animals.
~Took a break and watched Definitely, Maybe at girl I'm seeings house. It kind of made me tear up a little. I miss the 90s. As I was leaving we watched a little snake eat a huge slug. The snake's head was smaller than my pinky-fingernail.

The Multiplier Effect

One bad President can destroy our brand. That's Mr. Bush's legacy. He's a Reaganite hangover, a booty call with Nixon, and he accomplished what the Soviet's never dreamed possible - what the Chinese will exploit for decades to come - he's literally made the rest of the world hate America. Before, a bunch of Bedouins traipsing around bedsheets, playing army-commandos, a handful, even if they numbered in the hundreds of thousands - they hated America. Now, people who never had an opinion about us - or worse - those who held us in a favorable light, think we are hypocritical scum. And we are. Rah Rah.
